Shipping Policy

DEEN provides delivery services for orders placed through www.deencommerce.com across Bangladesh, subject to delivery coverage and product availability.
1. Delivery Charge
Our standard delivery charges are:
- Inside Dhaka: BDT 50
- Outside Dhaka: BDT 90
The applicable delivery charge will be added to your order during checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are generally delivered within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery may take longer due to public holidays, weather, traffic, courier issues, product availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
3. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and an active phone number.
DEEN will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partner may contact you before or during delivery. Customers are expected to remain available to receive their orders.
If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, customer unavailability, or refusal to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery where applicable.
5. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Product
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
We may request photographs, videos, order details, or other information to verify the issue. Eligible cases will be handled according to our Exchange & Refund Policy.
6. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve significant delivery delays.
